FAMILY RUN BUSINESS IN RYE FOR CAR OWNERS.
Please read, you WILL be impressed with what we have to offer.
May I introduce myself, I am Paul the owner of 'TeQ-NeeKs.' We are a family run business, that is, my wife Teresa, my son Colan, and my son's friend Mark, who is at present an apprentice. We first opened TeQ-NeeKs, a detail car valeting and car wash centre, on the 1st, November 2006, and have been building up a very loyal customer base, but unfortunately there are still a lot of local residents that still do not know that TeQ-NeeKs exists.
Our objective is to give you the BEST and most professional car wash facility and detail car valeting centre in and around the Rye area, and that is why since opening, our customer base has been getting bigger and bigger. Now the reason for this is three fold:
- Due to recommendations.
- Because of the VERY high quality of workmanship.
- Because we are very handy / convenient for YOU locally.
- Because we only use AutoGlym products.
AutoGlym Products are one of the world leaders in car care products. 'Yes' we could use the other cheaper products that are on the market, like the 'Bucket Boys' that are appearing everywhere, but 'NO', because we ARE all about QUALITY and nothing LESS.
Here are just a few responses which we get from our new customers .."Well that's the best car wash I've ever had" ...and... "Watching you has made me realise that I've never really ever had my car washed properly" ...and... "Blimey! Now that was a proper wash"...down to... "We will be back".and this... "We normally go to the one in Hastings, but not now, we will be coming here." These quotes are genuine and what we hear daily and that makes us here at TeQ-NeeKs very happy, and also motivates us to be THE VERY BEST!! We have a portfolio on hand, which we have been building up since November 2006, for any of our new customers to look at, and a whole host of different 'Before and After' photographs in our waiting room.
Tea and Coffee are available FREE of charge as it comes as part of our service to you, in fact after deciding which car care service you require, the next question you will be asked is "Would you like Tea or Coffee?"
There is only one other car jet wash facility in Rye, and at this particular location it is cramped and congested at times, plus you have to PAY for using AIR!!, where as at TeQ-NeeKs we let you use the air-line FREE. At TeQ-NeeKs there is AMPLE car parking space, so if you have to wait your turn to use one of either two of our Self Service Wash Bays, then you can relax and have a nice cuppa, or perhaps come on inside and hoover your car out. Basically even if its raining cats and dogs, you can still wash and clean your car in the dry, now how cool is that?
Not forgetting of course TeQ-NeeKs 'Indoor HandWash Bay', where we give your car the La Crème of all car wash's...example... we can use up to 7 different products washing and getting your car looking 'The Bee's Knees', but these 'Bucket Boys' use only 1 or 2, AND invariably their chemicals are 'watered' down, so in fact you are getting nothing more than inferior chemicals along with inferior workmanship, and THAT is how and why you can go to these so called car wash facilities and get a 'cheaper' wash. Simply because it revolves around getting half a job done cheaply. I personally trained my son and staff and to reinforce this training, we all attended a full on training course at AutoGlyms Head Office, to which we all passed and our pass certificates are on display in our waiting room. TeQ-NeeKs price structure is competitive with the market today. The pricing is based roughly at £25 per hour, but saying this, with the quality of products we use and the professionalism you get you, the customer, are getting a very good deal. Come and see for yourself and then, after watching us wash your car, see if you can tell me that I am wrong, I am 200% confident you will agree with me that TeQ-Neeks has just given your car the most professional wash that you have ever seen. Let me just leave you with this 'Thought'.The 'Bucket Boys' are normally on a busy road and get a lot of 'passing' trade, therefore 'Reputation' is neither 'Here nor There' for them as they will always get a flow of cars passing through their facility, whereas with TeQ-NeeKs, because we are situated on a road that is slightly of the 'beaten track', as it were, our work MUST be nothing short of excellent otherwise TeQ-NeeKs would go under and would never to be seen again like most small businesses do within the 1st year. We have been open for 10 months now and have cleaned over 2500 vehicles of ALL descriptions, and to date there has not been one complaint. We have the cleaning techniques over and above ANY car wash / valeting facility in East Sussex in which to bring your car up to show-room standard, hence the business name, TeQ-NeeKs.
TeQ-NeeKs is the ONLY car care centre in East Sussex and Kent that operates a 'Loyalty Scheme', meaning that every time you come for a Hand Car Wash, or any of our other services, we stamp the card which we give you, and after 8 Wash's you get a FREE WASH!, again... How cool is that? Please note that this scheme is NOT applicable when using the Self Service Wash Bays.
TeQ-NeeKs Paintwork Rejuvenation Program.
Now if you have been using one of those mechanical car wash’s then your paintwork is damaged and being further damaged each and every time you use one of these monsters, or, even if you have unrelated scratches, we can either Machine Polish your car or Machine Mop ‘n’ Polish it to bring your paintwork back to new. So before you go to a body shop come to TeQ-NeeKs, you will be very surprised when we work our magic, and at a far better price than anywhere else locally.
