The Gazebo is a tiny self contained cottage, set in an attractive private garden with unrestricted views over the garden and across neighbouring farmland. With its own access from Budd's Lane, guests can choose to be entirely private, coming and going as they please.
On the ground floor, the accommodation consists of a small conservatory, a basically-equipped kitchenette and a shower room with a toilet. From the internal hall, a stair leads to the first floor, which is the double bedroom.
A full English breakfast is served in the main house using our own free range eggs, when available, and other locally sourced produce. Subject to separate arrangement, access is offered to clothes washing facilities, a separate games room with a colour television and an Astroturf tennis court.
Rates:
Bed & breakfast - £40 per night single, £70 per night double. Longer stays and self catering - negotiable
Restrictions: no pets, no smoking and no credit cards - sorry.
