Is Rye Beach Dog Friendly? You can walk your dog in the nature reserve, on the caravan site & on the beach but you must pick up its poo! There are no seasonal restrictions unlike at Winchelsea beach. |

Fishing You can fish in the estuary or off the beach for free. You can fish in the private lakes at Rye Harbour but need to buy a ticket from the shop. |

Fishing Hi, Can anyone tell me if I am able to fish the harbour any time I want or do I need to buy a permit from a local shop? If I can't fish what would be the closest place from there? |

Is Rye Beach Dog Friendly? Hi, can anyone tell me if the beach is dog friendly? I understand there is a bird / nature reserve area close by which leads through to a caravan park-is this accessable with dogs? Any help, much appreciated. |

Winter Letting Required Hi there. I am seeking to rent a property for the winter period, somewhere I can bring my son to stay with me during the weekends. (I'm going through a seperation!) Looking from December 2007 to February / March 2007. Maybe you have a holiday let that is available during the winter months. Somewhere near the beach would be great (The Ridge at Winchelsea Beach would be ideal!!!) Anyone know of anything? |
